Thomas F. Forsyth is a lifelong cyclist and resident of California who has practiced law for 34 years, most of those as a bike accident attorney. Tom has been riding since childhood and enjoys both road cycling and mountain biking. He’s completed several century rides (100-mile routes), including the Cool Breeze, which connects Ventura to Santa Barbara, and Cruisin’ the Conejo, a scenic route that winds between Thousand Oaks and Malibu. He also once spent an entire week on an 800-mile group ride with Cycle America, linking several iconic sites—including Yellowstone and the Tetons—in the Mountain West. No matter where his bikes take him, the result is the same: a sense of freedom and gratitude for being able to spend time outdoors, getting exercise while sharing time with friends and family, or experiencing a more meditative state while alone.
