To manually uninstall a printer driver in Windows 10, remove the printer from Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners. Then open Print Management > All Drivers, right-click and delete the driver. If Print Management isn’t available, delete driver files from C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers and registry entries under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Environments. Restart your PC to finish.
