India’s Wetland Resolution at Ramsar COP15 UPSC

Countries adopted India’s resolution on “Promoting Sustainable Lifestyles for the Wise Use of Wetlands” at the 15th Conference of the Parties (COP15) to the Ramsar Convention on Wetlands held in Zimbabwe in July 2025. The resolution received overwhelming support from 172 Ramsar member countries, six international organization partners, and other observers.
