DP World has strengthened operations at Mundra International Container Terminal (MICT) in Gujarat with the arrival of a new quay crane and three electric rubber-tyre gantry cranes (e-RTGCs), raising the terminal’s handling capacity to 1.56 million TEUs by 2027. The investment not only enables Mundra to handle some of the world’s largest container vessels but also supports India’s sustainability goals under the Harit Sagar guidelines.
